Fee Payments
All fees must be paid using the invoices generated inside your director account in Festival Scores. An invoice from Festival Scores must be included with each payment to SWKMEA. Failure to include invoice(s) will result in a $15 fee assessed to your school (SWKMEA board action July 17, 2017).
Audition Recordings
Auditions will be submitted online using Festival Scores. Teachers may create their Director account and update their Director and Student profiles at any time. Directors will need to activate the following tag in their Festival Scores account:

Audition Recordings
Record the following mp3 files for each audition:
Horns (Alto Sax, Tenor Sax, Bari Sax, Trumpet, Trombone)
- Full Range Chromatic Scale - Quarter Note = 120 BPM. In quarter notes play the full range chromatic scale. Slur ascending and tongue descending. Play the full and practical range for your instrument. Directos should sound a metronome (8 clicks) to establish the tempo. Playing the correct tempo is part of your score.
