HONOR GROUP MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO STAY FOR THE ENTIRE CONCERT!

TEACHERS: Please be ready to lend a hand when needed (ie. moving band
equipment before lunch, and setting up risers for the elementary concert)!  Inform students of the following rules and enforce the behavior that is expected of them.

BEACH/SCHMIDT RULES:
No gum, candy, or liquids in the building.
No instruments or cases in the audience or Dreiling Lobby
No feet on the seats
No students anywhere except on stage or as directed
Students need to enter through the west doors and keep instruments and cases in the scene shop behind stage.
     
STUDENT UNION/MALLOY HALL
No liquids on carpets and trash in trash cans.
No horse play in the halls during breaks.
No food in Union except food that is purchased there!!!!!!!!

      10:00   BREAK with Water and Snack

      10:20   REHEARSAL

      11:25   BREAK (if necessary) for Restroom
         also move to Beach/Schmidt

      11:45   REHEARSAL on Risers

      12:15   Doors open to Audience

      12:30   ELEMENTARY HONOR CHOIR CONCERT
         BEACH/SCHMIDT PERFORMING ARTS

         Parents and family invited - admission $2.00
(students and children free)
   Individuals attending this performance, who wish to attend the 4:00
PM High School concert need to ask for a pass upon paying their
admission.

      TEACHERS:
     1.  Please supervise your students at all times and inform them of the
behavior expected.
     2.  Please be prepared to lend a hand when needed.
     3.  Please have your students well prepared before they come to the
mini-convention.
     4.  Please remind students to wear proper concert attire.
