Parents and family invited - admission $2.00 (students and children
free)
Individuals attending this performance who wish to attend the 4:00
PM High School concert need to ask for a pass upon paying their
admission.
TEACHERS:
1. Please supervise your students at all times and inform them of
the
behavior expected.
2. Please be prepared to lend a hand when needed.
3. Please have your students well prepared before they come to the
mini-convention.
4. Please remind students to wear proper concert attire.
Guidelines:
Who can participate?
The Elementary Honor Choir is comprised of SELECT students from
grades 5 and 6. Six (or fewer) students from each building may
participate. All Honor Choir singers must be enrolled in the
school from which they are entered. The director of each
building is responsible for selecting the students who attend.
Entry form: The entry form must be POSTMARKED by the deadline
and mailed to the ELEMENTARY CHAIRPERSON. Please print or type
names of students.
Fee: A fee of $10.00 per student is due at the December
Mini-Convention. Please take your check to the district
treasurer's table and get a receipt before checking in your
students. The fee will double if not paid at the convention.
Make check payable to NORTHWEST DISTRICT KMEA.
Additional Information: We are asking that your select singers
come to the convention with their music learned and ready to
polish with the clinician. The music will be sung by memory at
the concert. Please have your singer bring their musi,
pencils, and their very best behavior to the concert.
Students should come dressed in concert attire. With this
format there is no time allowed for them to change.
